A note from me: Sammy Daffodil

Hi. Well, this is one of the 2 interviews I received from Erika WAY WAY back, and now I have them again, so that's cool! Please, read the interview. It's good stuff. I don't know exactly when it's from, sorry. I think either late '97 or early '98. So, read on.

The Interview!

There's a new TV show called Social Studies that's about to come your way, (if it hasn't already!), and it's one we think you'll be very interested in catching! TEEN BEAT compiled a Who's Who in the last ish, and we bet at least one of the show's cuties snagged your attention. 'Social Studies' is about a chi chi private prep school that's forced to open it's doors to the public because of financial problems. That results in a totally diverse group of students who try, with some pretty crazy outcomes, to get along with each other. One of those students, Matt, is played by Jordan Brower, and if you go for tall blond guys with hazel eyes, you'll see that Jordan is quite a package! Jordan, who's 15, is right up TEEN BEAT's alley, and since we thought you'd agree that he's hot honey material, we hopped to it and got a Q&A with him. Here goes...

TEEN BEAT: Are you anything like your social studies character?

Jordan Brower: Not that much. Not really. Actually, you know what? I am kind of like that. Except he's a little cocky because he thinks all the girls like him.

TEEN BEAT: How did you get into acting?

Jordan: I used to live in San Antonio, Texas. I played soccer, and I never thought about acting. One day, our soccer coach told us about an audition for the movie, THE BIG GREEN. I thought I was trying out for a background role. I went to the audition and they gave me some lines to read. When I went back the third time, they told me I had a leading role in a Walt Disney movie!

TEEN BEAT: If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Jordan: I wish I was a little smaller. I want my legs to be a little shorter. And my feet are big--they really are!

TEEN BEAT: What are some of your hobbies?

Jordan: I play street hockey, basketball, and I used to play soccer.

TEEN BEAT: Are you dating anyone right now?

Jordan: No.

TEEN BEAT: Would you like to be? Do you have a crush on anyone?

Jordan: Yes, I do, actually.

TEEN BEAT: Are you looking for any particular traits in a girlfriend?

Jordan: That main thing is her personality. If a girl is knockout gorgeous, but she has a nasty personality, I can't stand that.

TEEN BEAT: Where did you go on your first date?

Jordan: We went to the California Pizza Kitchen. I was 13.

TEEN BEAT: What was the most perfect holiday present you ever gave and did the person love it?

Jordan: Yes. I gave my grandmother a little angel. She has it in her walk-in hallway.

TEEN BEAT: What was the nicest thing you've ever done for you mom on Mother's Day?

Jordan: She used to give me an allowance, like $10 a week. So, I saved that money up for a long time and I got her a radio.

TEEN BEAT: Describe your perfect day.

Jordan: I would get up in the morning, brush my teeth, get in the car and go to Six Flags. I'd come back and there would be a pretty girl at my front door. We'd go on a date and I'd take her to the movies.

TEEN BEAT: What's something you refuse to eat?

Jordan: Pretzels.

TEEN BEAT: If you had to choose one word to describe you and your life, what would that word be?

Jordan: Fun!
